Quick Guide on Dog Training Treats: The Best Dog Training Treats

When food and treats are used properly, they can become an incredibly powerful tool for training sessions, motivating your dog, or even calming a dog during a high stress situation or social introduction.

Many dog owners do not give a lot of thought to the kind of treats they use and I must confess, I was one of those dog owners; I thought the milk-bones and other cute treats I saw at the local pet store were all I needed for obedience and trick training. But, once I started reading more books and taking training courses I realized the power of high-quality treats.

Kenzo is an easy-going doggy and does not have a super-high-food drive, so finding high-quality treats for him was very helpful and really made a world of difference for his training. Vík is still so young, and always seems excited to train with or without food, so he has been pretty easy, but ultimately always prefers the high quality treats.

Kenzo and Vík agree me that these are the best dog training treats. . .
