Why I started House Fur?
House Fur originally started as a fun instagram account to document my adventures with my fur babies, Kenzo & Vík.
On the drive home from Vík’s first vet appointment I decided I needed a creative outlet to share daily stories, training tips, random thoughts, how I started & maintain my 6-figure photography business, the occasional snap-shot of my husband and me, and all of the wonderful (and crazy) experiences and delights that come with living with two dogs & two cats in our newly remodeled 1888 Victorian. Thanks for following along!
What is my 6-Figure Photography Business?
I own and operate Studio 29 Photography and am a full time wedding + lifestyle photographer.
Caleb and I photograph weddings together on the weekends and I do family, newborn, and commercial photography work during the week.
We travel often and our work has proudly been published in/on several wedding inspiration & popular websites, blogs, and magazines including: Martha Stewart Weddings, Green Wedding Shoes, Huffington Post, Ruffled, Junebug Weddings, Wedding Chicks, Wisconsin Bride Magazine, Country Living Magazine, the Chicago Tribune, 100 Layer Cake-let, Lemonade and Lenses, Milwaukee Magazine, Destination Weddings & Honeymoons Magazine, Inspired By This, Diet Pepsi, Brides Magazine, Allure Bridals, Wisconsin Veil magazine, Bridal Guide, ONA, RusticWeddings.com, Modernly Wed, WisconsinBride.com, Beyond the Wanderlust, Married in Milwaukee, Le Magnifique Blog, Thanks For The Love MKE, Whimsical Wonderland Weddings, Hi-Fi Weddings, Bayside Bride, Moncheri Bridals, Wed in Milwaukee, Beyond Beyond, Glamour & Grace, Love Toast, Senior Style Guide, fywi, 500 px, and Best Milwaukee Weddings.
