BTS Snapshots of Us Snapping

533

When I am not taking care of my houseplants I am out being a photographer!

In no particular order, here are a handful of behind-the-scenes snapshots of Caleb and me from the 27 weddings we photographed in 2019.

2020 is going to be so different for us. In the 5 years we’ve been together, we have never had more than 10 weekends together in a single year. This year we are only taking on 10 weddings.

We will spend weekends with each other, friends, and family.

We will soak up all the love and enjoy making memories of our own.

I already know I will have a wedding withdrawal, but this is a decision we made together, and if we miss weddings, we can always decide to photograph more than 10 in 2021.

Although we will be photographing fewer weddings, I will still photograph families, newborns, small events, products, food, and all the other incredible photography opportunities that come my way.

Enjoy the behind-the-scenes look into what I have been doing nearly every weekend since 2010 and what Caleb and I have been doing together since 2014.

We got to photograph and feed llamas!!

Me telling jokes to get the wedding party to laugh.

I love shooting from the crowd so I can capture moments from the guests’ point of view.

Congrats to Cindy and Drew! We loved photographing your wedding at The Grain Exchange downtown Milwaukee.

Britt + Tom had the prettiest backyard wedding – you can check out their entire blog post here.
