What is the hype about Cold-Pressed Juice? What does Cold-Pressed Mean?

Cold-pressed juice is made with a special juicer that uses a hydraulic press and slow pulverizer to juice the fruits and veggies. Cold-pressed juices are “pasteurized†using a method called High Hydrostatic Pressure Processing that kills off any bad bacteria without the use of heat, therefore preserving all the essential vitamins, minerals, enzymes and phytonutrients from the fruits and veggies.
