Life Happenings – April Update

502

This Saturday we officially kicked off the start of the Studio 29 Photography 2019 Wedding Season.

Our first wedding was truly spectacular & such a great way to start the season. I posted a sneak-peek photo on the Studio 29 Instagram. The bride & groom, Shannon + Mike made the day so easy and their venue, Paikka, was stunning! It was so fun to photograph for our first time in Saint Paul, Minnesota. I hope to book more weddings in Minnesota.

During the week I will continue to photograph families, along with my usually branding & commercial photography work. Caleb and I are photographing 22 weddings on weekends now through mid November. I am looking forward to documenting so many different couples at so many different locations.

2019 has already been so great for me. I’ve gotten to work with so many brands this year, some which have been on my Dream Clients list: Dockatot, Chasing Paper, and Better Homes & Gardens Magazine. And, just last week one of my photos was featured on Martha Stewart Weddings (29 Tall Centerpieces That Will Take Your Reception Tables to New Heights).

Next on my list of Dream Clients is Madewell, CB2, and Entrepreneur Magazine. Just going to leave that right there. I’ve been speaking aloud my goals for myself, this blog, and the photography business and everything I have put out into words has come back to me. I am so grateful for my ability to have so much ambition and energy.

Ooh! A random unexpected feature happened last week! One of my Studio 29 Photography photos was featured on Martha Stewart Weddings.

â£Here’s a BTS of me saying something stupid to get the wedding party to laugh on Saturday’s wedding.

When we were driving back to Milwaukee on Sunday, we were surprised by 3-4 inches of snow. What the heck, April?!? But, our moods couldn’t be shattered because Sunday evening was the Final Season Premiere of Game of Thrones.

Biggest take away from Season 8 Episode 1, they’ve really turned Bran Stark into a creep? He has FOMO and such a creepy stare.

So, my question for all of you Game of Throne fans, who is going to die?
