Make sure to put your lavender near a window where it can bask in the sunlight, as this plant thrives on catching some rays!
The Peace Lily, also known as the Spathiphyllum, promotes a deeper sleep by letting off lots of extra oxygen in the bedroom. This will allow you to breathe more naturally, thus reducing stress and freeing your mind, making it easier to fall asleep. Be careful not to let this sleep-inducing plant live in an environment below 60 degrees, as the Peace Lily thrives in warmer climates.
Aloe Vera purifies the air you breathe, which removes toxins from the air that may be hindering your sleep. The great thing about Aloe Vera is how easy they are to take care of! Aloe Vera is extremely low maintenance only requires you to water it every three weeks and can thrive in natural or artificial light!
